Southlake Speaks: Reagan Cannon

True Delegation: The Busy Leader’s Solution to Reclaim Time and Empower Employees

“It’s just faster if I do it myself.”    It’s a trap even experienced leaders fall into—only to find themselves overwhelmed while the strategic work only they can do gets pushed aside. In this talk, Reagan Cannon exposes the common delegation traps of dictating and dumping and reveals why true delegation is about transferring ownership, not just work. When leaders learn to let go the right way, their teams become more empowered, results improve, and leaders reclaim their time for what matters most.
