Our mission is to empower every client to maximize their potential and actualize their professional goals. With a team of experts, we support small businesses, start-ups, and non-profits with all back-office operations including HR, grant writing, board training, strategic planning, social media management, content creation, program design, project management, conference presentations, and interim executive leadership. We also work with individuals on resume writing, cover letters, bios, and coaching.
Dr. April Willis, the Founder & Lead Consultant, established the firm in October 2018. She has a Doctorate and three Master’s degrees (MBA and two MEds). She has worked at the campus, district, and state levels of education and has been professionally speaking since 2013. Additionally, she is in the Forbes Coaches Council, has hosted TEDx, published two books on achieving academic and professional success, and founded a scholarship in its 7th year. She is active in the Junior League of Dallas, the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Southlake. She also loves working out with Camp Gladiator!
